Touching Hearts Foundation International inc, a charity organization since the year 2005, has been offering humanitarian service to orphans, widows, aged, children with ill health and those exposed to all kinds of abuse as well as the vulnerable in our societies, with it focus on the rural arears.
This foundation was founded by a woman/ mother called Naa Smyle a.k.a woman of faith, She is a woman of God and known by most people as Prophetess Naa Smyle, who was born to Mr Emmanuel Holm and Mrs Grace Holm on the 30th of September 1968, in the Greater Accra region of Ghana, precisely madina in the LaNKWATANANG municipal assembly. She schooled in the Greater Accra region of Ghana, Accra- madina to be precise until she completed form 4.
After school, Naa Smyle ventured into a trading business. She got married and gave birth to four children, 2boys and 2girls.
Years later, she got divorced and became a single parent, raising her children all by herself and by the grace of God, all her children are doing so well in life.
In the year 2003 Naa Smyle had the opportunity to travel to the United States of America (USA), where she has stayed and work all this years.
Being a single parent for over 30years, Prophetess Naa Smyle (woman of faith) has gone through a lot in raising all her four children, with the pains and struggles of single parenting, Naa Smyle has really had a taste of how it feels to raise children all by one parent and how it feels for a child to be without a parent/parents.
After some years of staying in the state, God blessed her in all endeavors of her life, and she starts to extend a supportive hand to the less privileged and the vulnerable in her society.
From the year 2005, Naa Smyle has contributed so much to the progress and success of most young and old men and women in her society, by providing them with life's essentials like food, clothing, medication and most important, educational support.
Naa Smyle has establish so many single parents in businesses of which they are doing so well, and also enabling them to be able to cater for their children.
She then decide to extent this kind gesture and support to the general public by establishing this foundation to support the orphans, homeless, widows, aged and the vulnerable in our societies, with a special focus on the rural areas.
So on the 1st of June 2012, she officially registered and inaugurated this foundation called, Touching Hearts Foundation International inc, based in the United States of America and Ghana, with two branches currently here in Ghana.
Touching Hearts Foundation International inc, over the past years has contributed tremendously to the service of humanity and still pursing this worthy course.
