DONATION TO PANTANG VILLAGE.
On the 20th of April 2020, in the midst of this corona-virus that has affected the world as large, and due to that, most individuals and households are going through moments of hardship.
We as an organization thought it wise to contribute our quota the the society in which we find ourselves, it was at a time when Ghana was on three weeks lockdown in some parts of the country and due to that most people especially the vulnerable in our society were going through a tough time in life, as in what to eat was a great issue for most people especially the homeless, orphans, aged and the less privilege.
We as Touching Hearts Foundation saw the need to offer our little support to the residents of pantang village, a village in the Ga-east municipality, a sub area in Accra-Ghana, where we have our orphanage home.
This village is a rural area with about 5000 resident's both adult and children. We chose this village because our foundation originated from there and over this past years we have offered support to many individuals and households in terms of food, water, medication and educational support in this same community.
And on the 20th of April this year, we decided to once again go to their aid to offer them our little support in terms of food, water, drinks, cash amount etc, to the residents of this same community to help them solve part of the challenges this virus has brought in the lives of individuals and households.
This initiative was empowered by the C.E.O of Touching hearts Foundation International inc, in the person of Naa Smyle Holm (Woman of Grace) with support from Mr&Mrs Johnson (UK), Madam Emmanuella Addy Adu-beng (USA), Mr Charles Nii Ankrah(Director of this foundation) and Miss Gracelyn Mensah( Secretary of this foundation).
These individuals made it possible for us to go to the aid of the residents of Pantang village, Ga-east municipal, a sub arrear in the Greater Accra region of Ghana.
